Thanks for shopping with Sophistycats Jewelry & Accessories. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday 9am-6pm PST. Any emails or messages left after hours, during the weekend or holidays will be returned the next business day. If you have any questions or difficulty placing an order, please email us at info@sophistycats.com.

If your items do not meet your satisfaction we will exchange items or provide a store credit once we receive the unworn, returned item/s with in 10 days of delivery receipt.

Refund / store credit given if you meet return requirement stated above.

Fulfillment Error -
Accessories that were shipped in error or damaged in transit may be returned to
Sophistycats Jewelry & Accessories for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. To be eligible, you must initiate the return with in 4 days of receipt of shipment; the customer must contact Sophistycats Support at info@sophistycats.com
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return label.
Once the returned merchandise has been received, a direct replacement will be sent
to the customer. If the returned item is no longer available for purchase, a refund in
the amount of the original purchase will be processed on the original form of payment.
Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were
ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
