SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES
Sophistycats.com ships to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses & Canada.
FREE Shipping Promotions: Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
Domestic Shipping Policy & Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If for any reason there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipment includes tracking number.

Weight Based Shipping:
1. First Class Shipping: Deliver in 3 - 7 days
a. $5.99 for 0 - 1.4 lbs
b. $8.99 for 1.5 - 5 lbs
c. $9.99 for 5.1 - 25 lbs
2. Priority Mail Flat Rate: Deliver in 2 - 5 days
$12.99 for 0 - 25 lbs.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Sophistycats Jewelry ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Sophistycats Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada.
Canada Shipping Policy: Deliver in 10 - 14 days.
Weight Based Shipping:
1. First Class Shipping:
a. $10.99 for 0 - 3lbs
b. $15.00 for 3.1 - 10 lbs
c. $24.99 for 10.1 - 25 lbs
*All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
